What We Are Looking For • Data Products Expertise: Proven track record in building, scaling, or adopting enterprise data products, data pipelines, or platform architecture.
• Strategic Leadership: Comfort navigating ambiguous problem spaces, defining clear technical strategies, and rallying cross-functional stakeholders around shared outcomes.
• Scalable Value Orientation: A hands-on approach to platform prioritization—balancing fast, incremental value delivery for consumers while laying the technical foundation for future scale.
• Strong Product Judgment: Strategic clarity on where to deep-dive, when to say "not right now," and how to navigate technical trade-offs pragmatically.
• Outcome Orientation : A principles-backed approach to decision-making that consistently identifies high-leverage opportunities and aligns teams around business impact.
• Growth Mindset: A strong bias for action, continuous learning, and an eagerness to tackle complex technical challenges with an open, collaborative spirit.
