Department: School of Education working with the National Center for School-University Partnership (NCSUP)
Job Summary:
This is a part-time position that reports to the School of Education working with the National Center for School-University Partnership (NCSUP).
Designs and leads professional learning programs for K–12 schools, school districts, universities, and other educational organizations, including needs assessment, program development, delivery, and evaluation. Develops customized training in collaboration with educational partners to address identified priorities, strengthen organizational capacity, and improve educational practice and student outcomes. Recruits, coordinates, and manages professional development providers, including consultants, contractors, university faculty, and other subject-matter experts, to ensure high-quality training aligned with National Center for School-University Partnerships (NCSUP) goals and partner needs. Builds and sustains school-university partnerships by serving as the primary liaison for professional learning initiatives, coordinating program logistics and communication, monitoring implementation, and using participant and outcome data to guide continuous improvement.
Assists in developing, supervising and delivering quality assurance, and maintaining strategic partnerships to support the growth and execution of programs designed to promote stable and productive relationships between the university and local community. Job Description:
• Assists with the development of long-range and short-term strategic plans and initiatives to further the growth of the outreach program. • Develops and monitors organizational and operational policies, procedures and performance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. • Supervises training personnel and develops, monitors, schedules resources and ensures the completion of professional development activities. • Serves as the unit liaison among internal and external stakeholder groups providing organizational information and representing the interests of the unit.
Job Responsibilities:

Substitution Statement: An equivalent combination of related experience and education may be considered for this role. Substitutions of the required experience or education will be assessed on a 1:1 substitution basis.
The pay range will be prorated based on a 50% FTE

Bachelor's (Required) Experience:
