Job Description:

Part time 28 hours a week Pay $ 22.00 an hour

Maintenance Technician (Janitorial Duties) Join our team as a Maintenance Technician (Janitorial Duties) ! In this role, you'll help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming community by performing routine maintenance, minor repairs, apartment turns, and janitorial services throughout the property.

Responsibilities: • Complete routine maintenance and minor repairs.

• Perform apartment make-ready duties.

• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, offices, and grounds.

• Assist with trash removal, light landscaping, and snow/ice removal (if applicable).

• Respond to work orders in a timely manner.

• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications: • Previous maintenance or janitorial experience preferred.

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors.

• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
