About this role

Building Location: St Marys Hospital Superior

Department: 2017900 MAINTENANCE - SMHS HOSP

Job Description: Responsible for general maintenance in a medical specialty campus. Provides routine and preventative maintenance including inspection, general maintenance and repairs on various systems such as pressure boilers, basic HVAC systems, fire safety systems, emergency generators, and patient care equipment. May provide emergency repairs and perform additional duties as assigned.

Education Qualifications: 2 years of classroom training or 2 years of experience in building maintenance.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications: Must meet the driving requirements and criteria acceptable to Essentia Health’s insurer.

Current Class “Special” Boilers License or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Possible Remote/Hybrid Option:

Shift Rotation: Day/Eve/Night Rotation (United States of America)

Shift Start Time: Afternoon/Night Rotation

Shift End Time: Afternoon/Night Rotation

Weekends:

Holidays: No

Call Obligation: No

Compensation Range: $24.60 - $33.63
