M&M’S Mall of America is currently seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates !  We are looking for immediate hires, who will work at least until early January 2027. There is the potential to extend into a permanent position after the seasonal role is over, based on business needs and job performance.

Job Overview: Our Seasonal Retail   Associates will be trained in all areas of the   sales   floor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, character buddy, cashier,   selling , or   merchandising   position. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience. We welcome unique personalities, just as our M&M brand is rooted in our unique characters!

Job Requirements and Qualifications • Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily   sales   and   metrics . • Must have   authorization   to work in the U.S. • Must be 16 years old to apply • No Education or previous   retail experience  r equired • Strong   interpersonal   skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers • Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities • Foster Inclusivity and Effective Collaboration with a diverse team • Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including   safety ,   food handling , Quality,   Loss Prevention   and Emergency procedures • Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings,   weekends, and/or   holidays
