Summary of Job Duties: We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Pine Bluff, AR. This role involves close collaboration with Resident Physicians to ensure exceptional patient care and efficient clinic operations. The LPN will assist with patient preparation, clinical procedures, and administrative tasks, all while maintaining a patient-centered approach. This position must be able to perform all duties of the Licensed Practical Nurse and perform other duties to support the patient care activities as needed.

We are seeking qualified candidates for multiple positions located in Pine Bluff, AR. This posting is to fill two vacancies within our team. We look forward to your application. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: • Current and valid LPN license by the State of Arkansas and a Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

• One (1) year of clinical nursing experience or will consider a new grad with a current license and one year of previous medical experience (MA, PCT, CNA).

• Must have strong organizational skills and computer knowledge. 

Preferred Qualifications:  • Immunization experience.  

• CPR certification.

• Ambulatory experience.

• EPIC experience.

• Working knowledge of data processing equipment and applications.

Additional Information: Key Responsibilities: • Obtains the patient’s height, weight, blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respirations, and chief complaint and records the data in the EMR.

• Assist Resident Physician with patient assessment, testing, and special procedures.

• Coordinates ancillary services, referrals, hospitalizations, and services with other agencies.

• Assess the Arkansas Department of Health Immunization site on every visit to assess the patient's possible need for immunizations. Nurses will also provide education for all vaccinations based on patient and/or parent need.

• Document all vaccination administrations in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and forward them to the designated individual to be entered into the state registry.

• Disseminates educational materials and renders training to patients related to disease status or prevention.

• Provides supportive testing related to patient visits as ordered by the Provider or per standing orders or protocol. (Spirometry, Audiometry, EKG, Vision test, Retinal Exam, Pulse Oximetry, blood glucose check, fluoride treatments, updrafts, ear irrigation, dressing changes, lab and X-ray).
