• Track all deliveries in real time and provide proactive updates to customer project teams; coordinate bulk tanker operations for concentrate material transport to and from batch plants and mobile batch plants.

• Plan, schedule, and monitor transport of raw materials and printer components to project sites nationwide, optimizing routes and schedules to reduce costs and improve reliability.

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for all fleet vehicles and rolling stock; implement and manage fleet telematics including GPS tracking, geofencing, driver behavior, vehicle diagnostics, and fuel management.

• Procure, lease, and lifecycle-manage fleet vehicles; coordinate with product programs on vehicle/asset specs and procurement timelines; manage fleet fuel, parts, and consumables inventory and costs.

• Ensure all vehicles meet ICON brand and safety standards—clean, well-maintained, and professional at all times; track and report fleet KPIs including utilization, inbound/outbound metrics, maintenance cost per vehicle, fuel efficiency, and driver safety scores.

• Maintain DOT compliance: driver qualification files, CDL medical certificates, HOS logs, vehicle inspections, and DVIR compliance; assist with CDL driver onboarding, training, and ongoing certification.

• Ensure compliance with USDOT, TXDOT, TXDMV, OSHA, and internal safety standards.

• Build relationships with customers, project managers, site leads, and operations teams to anticipate needs and reduce bottlenecks; partner with Finance and Operations leadership to track logistics costs, support budgets, and deliver performance reports—tracking budget to actuals and ensuring Service Level Agreements are met.

• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in scheduling, routing, or customer and vendor coordination; align logistics activities with project timelines across internal teams and external customers.

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, bills of lading, asset movement, and fleet documentation; use internal systems (ERP, Oracle NetSuite, Samsara, Smartsheet, Foundry, or similar) for tracking, automation, and reporting.

• Implement automated equipment and inventory tracking to enable visibility across ICON assets; manage dispatch data analysis, fleet utilization reporting, route optimization metrics, and delivery KPI tracking.

• Maintain the department’s daily operating rhythm—dispatch schedules, fleet scorecards, and cost reporting—and support audits and compliance checks with organized records.
