As a Lobby Ambassador, a typical day will include:   

• Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all guests. Utilizes tools to seamlessly screen targeted customers and connect them to a Marketing Executive.   

• Suppl ies Owners and guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.   

• Ensure s proper coverage and execution throughout the lobby as directed and maximizes interactions during peak arrival periods .   

• Promote s awareness of brand image internally and externally.   

• Assists with any additional strategies to drive Marketing efforts and Site Volume.  

• Takes inventories and ensures all desks in the lobby are stocked with appropriate levels of supplies and collateral.  

Guest Experience and Company Standards :  

• Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs.  

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.  

• Contribute to team goals.  

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.  

To Become a Lobby Ambassador :   

• Successful candidates will be highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests either in person or by phone.   

• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.  

• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.  

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
