Team: Growth Location: Remote (U.S.) Reports to: Chief Growth Officer

The Role

TurbineOne is seeking a LinkedIn Campaign Manager to own and optimize TurbineOne's LinkedIn advertising program. This role is focused primarily on LinkedIn Campaign Manager, audience targeting, A/B testing, performance analytics, reporting, and campaign optimization. This is a hands-on platform specialist role rather than a broad digital marketing strategy position.

You’ll help shape how TurbineOne reaches defense, government, and enterprise audiences online.

What You’ll Do

• Own TurbineOne’s digital communications strategy across LinkedIn and priority social channels

• Create content that translates complex AI and defense technology into compelling external messaging

• Partner with leadership to amplify executive and company presence online

• Build and manage targeted LinkedIn ad campaigns focused on defense, government, and enterprise buyers

• Develop audience targeting strategies across military, federal, and industry communities

• Run testing across messaging, creative, and audience segments

• Track campaign performance including engagement, CTR, conversions, and pipeline impact

• Deliver performance insights and recommendations to leadership

• Support communications around major announcements, launches, and events

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 5+ years in digital marketing, communications, growth marketing, or demand generation

• Experience running LinkedIn advertising campaigns

• Strong writing and storytelling skills

• Experience with paid digital campaigns and performance metrics

• Ability to simplify technical concepts for external audiences

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred

• Experience in defense, national security, cybersecurity, AI, or B2B SaaS

• Familiarity with:

• LinkedIn Campaign Manager

• Google Analytics

• CRM-driven targeting

• account-based marketing

• Experience supporting executive communications and thought leadership
