As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will provide individual, family, and group counseling services to individuals experiencing mental health and substance use concerns. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide crisis intervention services, coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, and facilitate therapeutic groups that promote recovery and long-term success. Key Responsibilities: • Provide therapy to an assigned caseload of clients, including individual, family, and group services • Appropriately document all clinical/program activities according to quality standards • Conduct treatment planning and reviews for assigned clients in a timely and clinically appropriate manner • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate service delivery • Coordinate and monitor group counseling and group education activities for program participants

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: • Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work - Required • Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred • Current Missouri License as: PLPC, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD
