About this role
Job title: Leadership Enablement and Communications Coordinator Location: Cambridge, MA
About the job Join the engine of Sanofi’s mission — where deep immunoscience meets bold, AI-powered research. In R&D, you’ll drive breakthroughs that could turn the impossible into possible for millions.
Position Purpose: As artificial intelligence transforms the workplace, the role of traditional administrative support is evolving from task execution to leadership enablement. Routine activities such as scheduling, travel booking, document preparation and information management are increasingly supported by AI and digital assistants. While these responsibilities remain important, they no longer define the value of a leadership support role.
The Leadership Enablement and Communications Coordinator is a future-focused role that maximizes leadership effectiveness by combining strategic coordination, executive support, AI-enabled workflow management and organizational connectivity. Success is measured not by the volume of administrative tasks completed, but by increasing leadership capacity, accelerating decision-making, improving collaboration and enabling execution of Sanofi's strategic priorities.
What Makes This Role Different: • Orchestrates AI agents and digital tools to improve productivity and automate routine work.
• Manages executive workflows to optimize leadership capacity and focus.
• Coordinates strategic initiatives and ensures execution across teams.
• Prepares leadership insights, executive briefings and decision-support materials.
• Develops communication materials, infographics and coordinates town halls and leadership forums
• Manages stakeholder relationships and organizational connectivity.
• Provides traditional executive support when appropriate, including calendar management, travel coordination and meeting logistics.
• Creates value through leadership effectiveness and organizational impact rather than administrative task completion.
• The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, strong digital and AI fluency, and the ability to operate with discretion and sound judgment in a complex, global environment.
