Reporting to the CIO, the Lead Solutions Architect for the Office of the CTO is an Enterprise Infrastructure Director within PNC's Technology organization, and will be based in either Pittsburgh, Dallas, Denver, Phoenix, or Cleveland.

Job Description
• Partner with platform and infrastructure engineering teams to define solutions for technology product in the infrastructure and platform services departments • Partner with software application engineering teams to understand how the architecture solutions offered by the Office of the CTO can be of use by application teams • Develop usage patterns and standards that make CTO Services more consumable and inform automated delivery of those services • Define and incubate new CTO service solutions to meet application team requirements • Become a trusted partner of application teams to maximize value and usage of CTO services • Facilitate software team delivery by helping them create application solution designs that leverage CTO services and streamline the path to production
• Lead a set of solution architects and curate the profession • Transform the architecture team into an "as code" approach - moving from authoring architecture in drawing tools (such as PowerPoint) into a domain specific language approach (such as LikeC4) • Own the architecture target state for all Office of the CTO services

Work Experience Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree and higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications. Industry -relevant experience is typically 8+ years. At least 5 years of prior management experience is typically required. Proven leadership experience with a large scope of responsibility is required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Pay Transparency
Base Salary: $143,000.00 – $297,000.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
