Job Title: Lead Rehabilitation Therapist Division/Program: Acacia Mental Health Rehabilitation Center Starting Compensation: 77,755.92 - 93,307.10 USD Per Year Working Location: Redwood City: Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (In-person position) Working Hours/Shift: FT, Tuesday-Saturday, AM shift (9:00 am-5:30 pm)

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications) :
Education / Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in a social science field plus two (2) years of experience working in a behavioral health field is required. • Master’s degree in a social science field preferred.
License or Certification: • Occupational Therapist (OT), Music Therapist, Art Therapist, Dance Therapist or Recreation Therapist required • Current CPR certification.
• Valid California Driver’s License and current automobile insurance and must maintain a driving record that meets the company driver's eligibility policy.
How you will make a difference (job overview): The Rehabilitation Therapist is responsible for providing direct and indirect rehabilitation services to participants. These services are provided through individualized and/or group activities for participants.
Division/Program Overview:
• Population Served: Adults (Ages 18–64) with severe mental health challenges that have required placement in a state hospital or other intensive behavioral health setting. • Facility & Setting: 16-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility. • Clinical Services: Comprehensive behavioral health and psychiatric services delivered by a multidisciplinary team. • Skills & Transition: Independent living skills development, self-sufficiency training, and transition planning for community re-entry.
