Job Description: The Team Lead maintains a basic knowledge of all office functions and responsibility for facilitating communication and completing work assignments. Communicates in a professional manner with consumers and staff. Utilizes abilities as a leader to guide team to reach department goals. The Team Lead assists with all facets of health system process. This position is responsible for attaining and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of regulations and guidelines by carriers. Has a basic knowledge of all office functions and is responsible for completing work assignments efficiently resulting in the desired reduction of outstanding accounts receivable.Education: ▪ Required: High School diploma or equivalent Experience: ▪ Required: 1 year business office experience Skills: ▪ Critical thinking ▪ Excellent computer skills and strong aptitude to learn and maximize use of applications. Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ N/A
