The individual will play a critical role in defining the capabilities, operating models, and technology investments required to enable a modern, offer-led customer experience. Product Strategy & Discovery • Lead product discovery initiatives focused on the end-to-end Offers ecosystem, including offer configuration, eligibility, targeting, personalization, presentment, acceptance, tracking, and fulfillment. • Partner with business and technology leaders to define the future-state product strategy and roadmap for offer-led customer experiences across digital, branch, phone, and emerging channels. • Translate business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities into clear product visions, capability models, investment recommendations, and outcome-driven roadmaps. • Facilitate structured discovery efforts to evaluate customer journeys, operating models, data requirements, technical enablers, risks, and dependency management.
Platform Modernization & Capability Development • Identify opportunities to simplify, modernize, and consolidate offer capabilities, reducing duplication across channels, platforms, and lines of business. • Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, data, decision science, and design teams to define scalable platform capabilities that support both immediate business needs and long-term strategic goals. • Shape requirements for core offer capabilities such as offer creation and management, eligibility and decisioning, offer orchestration, dynamic presentment, fulfillment, and measurement. • Drive definition of experimentation and optimization capabilities, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, personalization, and intelligent offer decisioning.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Governance • Partner with risk, compliance, legal, and governance teams to ensure solutions are designed with appropriate controls, transparency, auditability, and regulatory alignment. • Influence prioritization of strategic investments by developing business cases, sequencing recommendations, discovery artifacts, and executive-level communications. • Serve as a thought leader in modern product management, customer-centric design, and platform-based approaches to offer management and customer engagement.
Technology & Architecture Partnership • Apply technical fluency in APIs, event-driven architectures, data platforms, decisioning services, and digital channel integrations to effectively partner with engineering and architecture teams.
Required Qualifications • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will bring a combination of strategic product leadership, customer-centric thinking, and technology acumen, with experience operating in large-scale, complex environments.

Domain Expertise • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, marketing, offer management, personalization, decisioning, or customer engagement platforms. • Experience operating in highly regulated industries and balancing innovation with risk and control requirements.
