Junior Operations Manager - TS Clearance

About this role

Responsible for overseeing and managing operational activities within the DCSA program, ensuring efficient execution to support organizational goals. Coordinates with IT, logistics, security, and other stakeholders to optimize operations, ensure compliance with DCSA policies, and drive continuous improvement.  What You Will Do  • Oversee and manage operational activities within the DCSA program.  • Ensure efficient execution to support organizational goals.  • Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, and other stakeholders to optimize operations.  • Ensure compliance with DCSA policies.  • Drive continuous improvement.  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies.  • Conduct operational assessments and risk management activities.  • Use management tools for performance analysis.  • Develop operational documentation.  • Apply data security best practices. 

What We Expect of You  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies and strong leadership skills.  • Deep understanding of operational principles.  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.  • Relevant certifications (e.g., COM, PMP), is a plus.  • Familiarity with the DCSA IT environment and policies, is a plus.
