YOUR ROLE

We're looking for an AI Video Content Creator who is deeply embedded in generative video workflows and can independently craft high-quality content from concept to final output — whether that's narrative-driven, long-form cinematic storytelling or fast-turnaround, punchy short-form vertical content.

You're a sharp-eyed editor comfortable operating at the intersection of creativity and emerging technology, building visually compelling AI-first content across formats. You take ownership of the entire production stack — from prompting and generation to editing, compositing, graphic design work, and final delivery. You thrive in a high-performance environment where your quick wits and passion for storytelling shine, whether you're crafting a slow-burn cinematic sequence or a punchy hook that keeps viewers glued on their screens for over 30-seconds.

Reporting to your Content Lead, this is what you'll be doing:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conceptualize scripts based on current production needs and centred around existing AI characters (our own IPs)

- Create long-form cinematic and/or short-form vertical video content — narrative-driven storytelling, punchy hook-first shorts, or both — including stylized and explicit NSFW visuals, with a strong focus on atmosphere, pacing, and visual coherence throughout

- Own and manage end-to-end AI video production workflows, from ideation and prompting to generation, editing, and post-production

- Utilise tools such as Kling, Seedance, Happy Horse, and other AI video models/platforms to produce high-quality visual sequences

- Develop and maintain consistent character appearance, style, and scene continuity across sequences and narratives using advanced techniques

- Integrate motion graphic design and colour correction to deliver cohesive final outputs

- Experiment rapidly with new AI models, tools, and techniques, incorporating them into production workflows and sharing skills with the rest of the team

- Align with your Content Lead's creative direction while maintaining a high degree of autonomy in execution and technical decision-making

- Continuously refine workflows for efficiency, scalability, and output quality

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

We're hiring across Junior, Mid, and Senior levels. Whether your background is in cinematic long-form storytelling, fast-paced short-form/social content, or both, we want to hear from you.

HARD SKILLS

- Junior: 1–2+ years of experience in video editing, digital art, or content creation, with a strong portfolio showing AI-driven video work (cinematic, short-form, or both)

- Mid/Senior: 3–6+ years of experience in video production, VFX, or digital art, with a strong portfolio (AI-driven video work is a must)

- Hands-on experience with AI video tools and models (e.g. Seedance, Kling, Happy Horse, or similar — Runway, Luma, and other emerging tools are also relevant)

- Understanding of AI image/video generation pipelines, including prompting, batching, consistency techniques, and post-processing (depth of experience scales with seniority)

- Experience with traditional editing tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar for final assembly and polish

- Strong grasp of visual storytelling, pacing, composition, and cinematic or platform-native language (e.g., hook-first editing for short-form)

- Ability to maintain character and scene consistency across sequences in AI-generated content

SOFT SKILLS

- Experience in AI-native storytelling or filmmaking, or in short-form/social content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts style editing)

- Background in 3D, VFX, technical art, or as a colourist

- Familiarity with training/customizing models (LoRAs, embeddings, fine-tuning)
