Job Responsibilities:

Key Competencies · Technical curiosity and willingness to learn from senior engineers and skilled trades. · Strong attention to detail when working with electrical systems, controls logic, and machine documentation. · Clear communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical team members. · Sense of urgency when supporting production downtime or equipment-related issues. · Commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Work Environment and Physical Requirements · Work is performed in both office and automotive manufacturing plant environments. · May be exposed to noise, moving equipment, heat, fumes, dust, and other conditions commonly found in manufacturing operations. · Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, and access equipment areas as needed. · Will be required to wear personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, steel-toe shoes, and other equipment as required by the work area. · May require occasional overtime, off-shift, weekend, or on-call support based on production and project needs.
