Job Description: This job is responsible for actively participating in specific client and deal teams. Key responsibilities include business development or product advisory activities. Job expectations may include rotating through a number of product areas before permanent assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Conducts comprehensive company and industry research, preparing presentation materials for clients • Participates in specific client and deal teams, supporting financial and statistical analyses and structuring and execution activities • Assists clients with raising funds in the capital markets, as well as providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other types of financial transactions • Develops and maintains complex financial models and performs various financial analyses, including valuations and merger consequences • Supports origination efforts, evaluation of new opportunities, and execution of deals, working on a broad scope of assignments and products across multiple sectors • Assists in coordinating and executing information in collaboration with product groups

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$110,000.00 - $225,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
