What You'll Be Doing: • Oversee daily storeroom and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, proper material flow, and safe handling practices.

• Implement and maintain effective systems and processes for receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and documenting materials, including ERP (SAP) transaction accuracy and reporting.

• Coordinate closely with maintenance, production, procurement, and logistics teams to forecast needs, manage purchase orders, support operational requirements, and assist with cross‑border shipments.

• Lead, train, and support storeroom staff while fostering a safe, compliant, and productive work environment aligned with PPE, quality, environmental, and audit standards.

• Maintain strong inventory discipline by monitoring stock levels, identifying slow‑moving, obsolete, or critical items, and recommending appropriate adjustments.

• Execute and oversee inventory controls such as cycle counts, physical inventories, variance investigations, and continuous improvement of stock accuracy.

• Organize materials efficiently by managing storage, labeling, equipment use, and warehouse layout to optimize space and accessibility.

What Are We Looking For: • 3–5 years of experience in industrial stores or warehouse supervision; cement or heavy industry preferred

• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and ERP platforms, ideally SAP

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; not required

• Effective communicator and collaborator across functions, vendors, and logistics partners

• Skilled in organizing work, prioritizing in a fast‑paced industrial environment, and leading a team
