About this role

The Manager of Inventory and Logistics is responsible for inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics management. This position drives inventory accuracy, logistics scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Manager will work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Finance, and Engineering teams to achieve company objectives related to safety, delivery, cost, and inventory performance.

Key Responsibilities • Provide strategic leadership and oversight to warehouse and logistics team members. • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle count programs, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. • Partner with Operations and Materials Planning to ensure timely and accurate materials transactions. • Own and drive the success of material shipping and delivery schedules, ensuring on time performance. • Oversee inbound materials and outbound finished goods to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. • Manage and track reverse logistics processes, including returns and repairs. • Support Field Service Engineering by expediting material shipments and optimizing inventory availability to reduce transit times. • Work closely with Cadence contracted manufacturers to ensure shipping as planned and shipping documents accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field. • Minimum of 6 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics management within a manufacturing environment. • Experience performing annual physical inventory and working with auditors for physical inventory audit. • Knowledgeable with Inco-Terms, AES, and processing export/import shipping documents. • Working knowledge of PC and expert on Microsoft Outlook and Excel. • Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge preferred.

The annual salary range for California is $108,500 to $201,500. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
