Position Description ​

At RSM, we work with large and small companies in various industries. This role will develop strong working relationships with clients built on understanding their businesses and challenges. This role will work on multiple team engagements each year, including several pieces of any particular assignment  -  not just one part. Examples of the candidate’s responsibilities include:  ​

• Work ing  on  client engagements from start to finish, which includes planning, executing, and completing ta x and transfer pricing projects ​

• Work ing  with other  associates and  managers on  tax and transfer pricing projects , ​ conducting detailed economic, financial, and accounting analyses demonstrating an understanding of transfer pricing concepts and method  appl i cation to cases ​

• Evaluati ng  intercompany transfers of tangible goods, intangible property, services, and loans and conduct ing  financial and economic analyses of multinational and domestic corporations, industry and market research, economic valuations, comparative financial benchmarking, and report documentation ​

• Preparing and analyzing  financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance through the use of MS Word, Excel, and variou s statistical sampling packages ​

• Review ing and analyzing GAAP financial statements ​

• I nteract ing  with client  personnel  to gather information

​ Basic  Qualifications : ​

• Bachelor's degree in Economics,  Business /Management, or ​ Finance ​

• Knowledge  in several of the following areas: financial statement analysis, valuation s, quantitative  analysis,  industry analysis, and  statis tical sampling and econometrics ​

• Strong  analytical  skills ​

• Strong  written and verbal communication skills, solid  research and computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ,  specifically MS excel,  and the ability to work will both a utonomously and collaboratively ​

Preferred Qualifications:  ​

• Strong attention to detail ​

• Foreign language skills a plus ​

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $74,800 - $89,250
