SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE The International Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating international logistics from customer order entry through final shipment to customer. Prepare Proforma invoices and secure rate quotes for shipments based on OraSure freight contracts. Monitor and expedite orders from manufacturing through final delivery to the customer. Prepare and/or coordinate preparation of international shipping documentation and ensure compliance with the Letter of Credit when applicable. Assist with customs clearance issues, duty and tax analysis, and other activities associated with international trade compliance as requested. The ideal candidate would be a subject matter expertise in global trade regulations and experience with customs operations.
