About this role

Salary Range: $85,000 USD - $95,000 USD Specific compensation will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, commercial considerations, and other job-related factors permitted by law. At Russell Investments, salary is just one part of our compensation package. Our total rewards approach includes an annual performance bonus (subject to eligibility criteria) in addition to participation in our competitive benefits programs including healthcare, retirement, vacation, and wellbeing programs.

Job Description: We’re   looking for a communications professional who combines analytical rigor with creative flair. This role will help develop and execute a global internal communications strategy that keeps employees across the Americas, EMEA, APAC , and Mumbai   informed, engaged, and aligned with the firm's business priorities, culture, and values. The ideal candidate is a proactive, intellectually curious communicator who thrives in a collaborative, global environment and is eager to learn about our business, our clients, and the asset management industry.  

Key Responsibilities :  

• Strategic Communications Support : Collaborate on   global internal communications   initiatives, helping to develop and execute communications plans that align with business goals   while partnering closely with regional teams and external communications colleagues to ensure consistent, integrated messaging .   

• Content Development :   Write and edit a range of content, including employee announcements, FAQs, intranet content, and web content that informs employees and strengthens the firm's reputation .  

• Global Town Halls :   Lead the planning,   coordination   and delivery of global town halls, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop agendas,   messaging   and supporting materials, while managing the technology and production   required   for a seamless global broadcast.  

• Channel Management:   Help manage internal communication channels, including the intranet, email newsletters,   video s,   collaboration platforms, and digital signage, ensuring content is   timely , engaging, and   accessible .  

• Cross-Functional Partnership:   Build strong relationships with colleagues across Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, regional communications teams, and business leaders to develop and deliver   timely , consistent communications that support strategic priorities and align with the firm's broader messaging.  

• Research and Trend Monitoring : Keep abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to   identify   opportunities for   intern al   engagement. Prepare analyses that support business   objectives   and keep the team informed of relevant market developments.   

• Metrics and Reporting : Track and analyze   the effectiveness of internal communications and employee engagement initiatives, compiling regular reports that measure impact,   identify   trends, and inform future communication s   strategies .   

Qualifications    

• Experience :   2–4 years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or PR, preferably in financial services or asset management.   Previous   PR agency experience is a plus, as is experience supporting global organizations or working across multiple   regions .  

• Communication Skills:   Proven   ability to   develop and execut e   internal communications strategies, with   a track record   of delivering clear, engaging messaging that informs, aligns, and inspires employees .   Experience collaborating across regions and partnering with internal and external communications teams is preferred.  

• Judgment and Collaboration:   Demonstrated   professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion in handling sensitive information, with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.   

• Execution and Organization:   Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.  

• Education :   Bachelor's degree in Communications , Business, Journalism, English, or a related writing-intensive discipline is preferred .  

• T ools and Softwa re:   Proficiency   with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook .
