The Position:

We are seeking a curious, resourceful, and detail-oriented Student Intern to join the PMO team for a part-time, 4-week internship focused on AI prompt development and agent creation using Copilot. In this role, you will help design and improve prompts and lightweight AI agents that support PMO workflows across data ecosystems, making project information easier to access, summarize, and act on. This is a great opportunity for a student who enjoys learning quickly, experimenting thoughtfully, and turning business needs into practical AI-enabled solutions.

• Partner with the PMO team to understand project management workflows, recurring needs, and opportunities to improve efficiency with Copilot

• Write, test, and refine AI prompts that support PMO use cases such as project updates, status summaries, risk tracking, action item follow-up, meeting preparation, and documentation

• Help create and organize Copilot-based agents that support PMO processes across data ecosystems

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for quality, clarity, usefulness, and consistency, and recommend improvements based on testing results

• Document prompt patterns, agent logic, use cases, lessons learned, and best practices so solutions can be reused and scaled

• Support the development of simple governance and quality standards for prompt writing and agent usage within the PMO team

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into structured AI interactions that improve productivity and decision-making

• Identify opportunities to streamline access to project data, reporting content, and knowledge resources through effective prompt and agent design

• Participate in team meetings, working sessions, and reviews, providing updates on progress, findings, and recommendations

• Stay current on emerging prompt engineering techniques and practical uses of Copilot that can enhance PMO operations

• Contribute to a team environment that values curiosity, collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement
