The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $92,625 - $135,850 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will do in This Role: • Plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation, performance, and security of enterprise applications within the organization. • Establish and maintain effective incident management processes to track and resolve problems efficiently. • Responsible for the management and optimization of applications that are vital to business processes and decision-making. • Coordinates enhancements for homegrown and commercial software solutions. • Implement solutions that align with strategic business objectives. Their work will foster seamless integration between applications and ensure that end-users have reliable access to the tools and data they need, ultimately driving productivity and operational excellence. • Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including installation, monitoring, and support. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT support, and business partners, to gather requirements and implement application changes. • Collaborate and share information with other Platforms and Service Owners • Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in application administration to recommend improvements and innovations that align with organizational goals. • Embrace continuous learning and self-development. • Application rationalization. • Work with technology partners (consultancies). • Simplification and consolidation of applications.

What We Are Looking For: • Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or related. • Minimum 8 Years of functional experience. • Administer operational procedures to ensure that the service runs smoothly. • Knowledge of project management methodologies and agile practices. • Proven experience as an Application Administrator or similar role. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
