What You Will Do: • Monitor the performance of Locate Service Providers to ensure locate activities are completed safely, accurately, and within required timelines.

• Support damage prevention investigations, including inaccurate locate reviews, claims resolution, and excavation damage assessments.

• Deliver damage prevention awareness training and educational sessions to excavators, contractors, municipalities, and industry stakeholders.

• Oversee and support locate service programs, including Alternative Locate Agreements and Locate Office/Field Clear processes.

• Build strong relationships with Ontario One Call, TSSA, the Ontario Regional Common Ground Alliance (ORCGA), municipalities, utilities, and excavation contractors.

• Manage contractor performance and provide oversight of Damage Prevention Service Providers to ensure compliance with company expectations.

• Utilize risk-based tools and data to proactively engage excavators through site meetings and other damage prevention initiatives.

Who You Are: • Related university degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience,   or   4+ years of field operations experience,   or   an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external stakeholder groups.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and training sessions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: • Knowledge of the damage prevention, underground utility locating, and excavation industries.

• Experience working with locate service providers, contractors, municipalities, or utility operations.

• Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements.

• Experience conducting field investigations or supporting incident reviews.

• You will undergo various background screenings that include but is not limited to 5-year driving record, criminal check and a company sponsored medical.

Working Conditions: • Field role

• Frequent travel throughout the assigned geographic region.

• Occasional overtime required to support presentations, community meetings, conferences, and operational requirements.

• Participation in after-hours on-call support for excavation damages and emergency incidents.

• Valid driver's license required, along with a safe and responsible driving record.

• Safety-sensitive role requiring work in various weather and field conditions.

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to: Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Mental Requirements (Both Field & Office) include but are not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.

Salary: • Ranges from $65,800 – $85,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.

• Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
