JOB TITLE: INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE LOCATION: LUBBOCK, TX (IN-OFFICE) HOURS: MONDAY – FRIDAY, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our fast-paced sales team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for inbound and outbound calls, engaging prospects and customers to drive new business. If you thrive in a call-driven, target-focused environment and have an interest in or knowledge of the automotive industry, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls, addressing prospect and customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Make outbound calls to generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Build rapport with prospects, understanding their needs and positioning relevant solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all call activity, prospect details, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities.
- Stay current on industry trends, particularly within the automotive space, to speak knowledgeably with prospects.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and activity targets.
- Maintain a professional, customer-first attitude throughout every interaction.
Required Qualifications
- Strong phone communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice.
- Comfortable managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily.
- Working knowledge of or strong interest in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software.
- Ability to work in-office in Lubbock, TX, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a call center or inside sales environment.
- Background or hands-on experience within the automotive industry.
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
