This position is an intermediate level of subject matter knowledge to solve a variety of common business issues. Works on problems of moderately complex scope. Acts as an informed team member providing analysis of information and limited project direction input. Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate action. Follows established guidelines and interprets policies. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations.
Responsibilities: • Process Engineer for CIMO Hermes, Tusken and PIL lines including all reactive troubleshooting, driving proactive process improvements, and maintaining documentation for all manufacturing processes
• BAG Lead for CIMO owning schedule, sampling, documentation, reactive troubleshooting, and proactive improvements
• Metrics Lead for CIMO monthly and quarterly metrics and management reviews
• NPQ Process Engineer Lead working directly with partners on scale up requests, build sheets, process development, scheduling, documentation, pre-build meetings, overseeing the builds, and tracking financials for NPQ metrics
Education and Experience Required: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Science, or related field
• Typically 2-4 years experience.
Knowledge and Skills: • Understanding of Chemistry and formulations.
• Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills.
• Designing safe, robust, repeatable, and efficient manufacturing processes
• Using empirical analysis, modeling and testing methodologies to validate results and improvements
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
• Ability to effectively communicate design proposals and negotiate options.
The pay range for this role is $83,000 to $127,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
