What You Will Do • Execute and design cost opportunities for manufacturing site • Comply with Essity procedures, purchasing policy and financial instructions • Support Sourcing managers in the execution of tenders, supplier qualification, supplier selection, risk management • Work closely with all stakeholders to drive continuous improvement through cost saving projects, organizing trials, implementing supplier changes and tracking savings. • Maintain and develop knowledge database, aligning reporting capability across the hub and co-ordination of systems improvements, driving initiatives such as E- procurement. • Review and monitor sourcing operational needs when working with suppliers, ensuring effective communication of best practices. • Review and maintain records of approved suppliers in line with Essity risk policy. • Ensure that the interests of Essity are managed in a professional and ethical manner throughout all interactions with suppliers, ensuring full compliance with Essity Supplier Standard. • Ensure, where appropriate, the integration of common product types across the location. • Supply regular updates and KPI’s to Sourcing managers to ensure effective communication of cost saving activities.

Who You Are • Bachelor's in supply chain preferred but not required • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing buyer position • Organized and comfortable with ambiguity • Being able to prioritize and troubleshoot requests • Strong communication ability • Good Project Management skillset • Ability to   demonstrate   a strong work ethic
