As our Implementation Manager/Director, you'll own and scale our ERP implementation function, leading customers from onboarding through go-live while building the processes and team needed to deliver successful implementations at scale.

This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar.

WHERE YOU'LL CREATE IMPACT

- You’ll own end-to-end ERP implementations and long-term customer relationships

- You’ll deliver best-in-class onboarding, go-live execution, and ongoing CX excellence

- You’ll collaborate with founders, product, and engineering to shape the roadmap based on real customer feedback

- You’ll establish and evolve implementation methodologies, processes, and operational standards

- You’ll challenge the status quo of what world-class ERP customer success looks like

- You’ll drive outcomes that meaningfully accelerate customer adoption and satisfaction

MEET THE TEAM

- Natalee https://www.linkedin.com/in/natalee-cynkar/ took a customer live in 3 weeks, created an onboarding implementation playbook driving best practices and milestones, which standardized our project methodology.

- Nathan https://www.linkedin.com/in/nathan-kim-cpa-033266230/ inherited 4 complex implementations in his first month, took 2 of them live (put a detailed plan together for the other two), and used Claude to build an internal implementation tracker.

- Petro https://www.linkedin.com/in/petro-hanna-cpa-a41812101/?lipi=urn%3Ali%3Apage%3Ad_flagship3_profile_view_base%3BYa82cyyeTMaNEJnHPR9xfg%3D%3D personally manages 20 customers (and growing), he is an SME in complex tax situations and our customers have praised him as a “true gentleman”!

WHAT SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS

- Hardcore work ethic and high agency

- 7 years of experience in ERP implementations, ERP functional consulting, or accounting/advisory

- Strong preference for an accounting or audit background (CPA or Big 4 is a major plus)

- Deep understanding of ERP systems, finance workflows, and implementation best practices

- You’re a customer-service extraordinaire who loves solving complex problems

- You thrive in fast-moving, early-stage environments with high ownership

- Expertise in Accounting, audit, ERP systems, CPA

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Equity: $35,000 - $50,000

- Base Salary: $200,000 - $280,000

- Commission: $15,000 - $45,000

- 15 PTO days + 12 public holidays
