Terms: Permanent, Full-time. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without the need for current or future employer sponsorship. Employment eligibility will be verified as part of the hiring process.
THE ROLE This role will lead exciting engineering projects that bring some of the world’s most loved ice cream products to life. From packaging line installations and process improvements to large-scale utilities and construction projects, you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact while working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR • Lead engineering projects from concept through implementation, including scope definition, budgeting, scheduling, and execution • Projects include execution of ice cream packaging line install, ice cream process improvements, plant utilities modifications, refrigeration projects, and civil construction of buildings. • Review engineering drawings, align the drawings with site Safety, Quality, Operations, and Maintenance teams before finalizing and supervising the execution of projects. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and external vendors • Design, specify, and implement manufacturing equipment, tooling, and process improvements • Develop and maintain project schedules, risk assessments, and progress reports • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company best practices • Create and maintain engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, process flows, and SOPs • Troubleshoot production issues and implement engineering solutions to improve reliability and throughput • Track project performance metrics and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders

Skills, Experiences & Qualifications: • 5-7 Years experience in project engineering or related roles • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field • Demonstrated experience managing engineering or capital equipment projects • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.) • Understanding of project management principles, early equipment management, lean manufacturing, etc. • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Pay : The pay range for this position is $88,600 to $13 3 , 00 0 . The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus : This position is bonus eligible.
