• Meet physical job demands, including lifting and carrying 25–40 pounds, performing light assembly with hand tools, standing for extended shifts, walking up to several miles, and safely navigating confined spaces, uneven terrain, and tasks requiring bending, crouching, or kneeling.

Minimum Requirements: • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) and switch from days to nights every 4 months, with the ability to move to different shifts to support facilities as required by business needs.

• 1 year of experience in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, building upkeep, or manufacturing.

• The ability to always wear fab-specific clean room garments (100%) to prevent human contamination of products, and occasionally wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), such as a chemical apron and face shield (approximately 1% of the time).

Preferred Requirements: • Two or more years of hands-on experience in HVAC, refrigeration, facilities maintenance, or manufacturing operations.

• Two or more years of military training or experience applying technical skills related to HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical maintenance.
