About the role

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our East Region HR Team , serving as a trusted business partner to leaders and employees at our Bristol & SECON, CT facilities.

This role will provide comprehensive HR support across employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, policy administration, employee engagement, and training and development.

Travel is expected, approximately 25–35% in this role.

Position Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted HR business partner and advisor to regional leaders, facility managers, and employees on a broad range of HR matters • Coach leaders on employee relations, performance, policy, investigations, and workplace concerns • Attend career fairs at local agencies, universities, vocational schools, etc. to source talent for open roles with a focus on improving diversity, equity and inclusion • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientations, exit/stay interviews, including analyzing trends and developing action tracker, status change forms to ensure HRIS System accuracy • Leverage HR data, workforce metrics, and employee trends to identify opportunities, provide insights, and make informed recommendations to leadership • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, recruiting, retention, and talent development. • Lead and support recruitment strategies, including partnerships with external talent sources • Support performance management, succession planning, compensation, compliance, and employee engagement • Partner with leaders to develop employees and strengthen organizational talent • Support implementation and communication of HR policies, programs, and initiatives • Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data; assist with payroll and benefits questions • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and the employee experience • Build trust and credibility while balancing employee needs with business priorities

Position Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or PHR/SPHR preferred • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or a multi-site environment • Strong employee relations and employment/labor law knowledge • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform HR decisions • Experience with recruiting, workforce planning, performance management, and talent development • HRIS experience; Workday or UKG experience a plus • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and work effectively with leaders at all levels • Ambitious, self-motivated, and committed to continuous professional growth • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 25–35%

    Pay Transparency

Reworld is committed to paying its staff equitably, and we strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits packages. The range below reflects Reworld’s reasonable estimate of base pay for this role based on primary posting location. It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable). Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future.    The pay range for the primary location of this position is: $76,000.00 - $101,100.00 USD per
