The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to site leadership at our Chippewa Falls, WI location, while playing an integral role in standing up our new Eau Claire, WI facility. Reporting to the Human Resources Manager and operating as part of a collaborative HR team, this role drives innovative, people-centered solutions across the full spectrum of HR disciplines. The HRBP will lead transformation efforts in organizational development, leadership development, succession planning, and talent management — serving as a key connector between site operations and Corporate HR's Centers of Excellence in Total Rewards, HRIS, Regional Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Talent Management. This is a fully on-site position.
Key Responsibilities • Strategic HR Leadership — Provide proactive, forward-thinking guidance in change management, organizational effectiveness, and talent management across staffing, performance, and other high-priority focus areas. • Site Talent Acquisition — Partner with the Talent Acquisition COE to design and execute internal and external recruiting strategies that meet the workforce needs of both Chippewa Falls and the growing Eau Claire facility. • HR Projects — Lead cross-functional HR initiatives from inception to completion — defining scope, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and mobilizing the right resources to ensure successful execution. • Culture and Change — Serve as a cultural steward who actively models, communicates, and reinforces TTM's values and culture through visible leadership, consistent follow-through, and meaningful employee engagement. • Organizational Capability — Facilitate the Site Talent Review process by coaching site leaders on talent assessment, development planning, and succession readiness. Actively evaluate and mobilize talent to strengthen organizational depth. • Develop and Coach Leaders — Equip managers with the tools, frameworks, and confidence to lead effectively — coaching to TTM's Strategic Foundation, including values, pillars, Leadership Principles, and core HR processes. • Strengthen HR Consistency and Compliance — In partnership with HR Centers of Excellence, standardize and continuously improve HR policies, programs, and practices to ensure alignment with applicable employment law, market best practices, and TTM standards. • Monitor Labor Market Trends — Stay current on workforce trends, talent availability, and competitive market dynamics — translating insights into actionable recommendations to attract, engage, and retain critical talent. • Contribute Broadly — Bring energy and initiative to additional responsibilities as they emerge, embracing new challenges as opportunities to add value and grow.
Essential Knowledge & Skills • Solid command of U.S. employment law and its practical application in a dynamic HR environment • Demonstrated experience operating within a structured HR model — including HR Shared Services, HRBP, and Center of Excellence functions • Strong partnership with Talent Acquisition, including experience leading or supporting high-volume recruiting efforts • Creative problem-solver with the ability to identify opportunities, challenge conventional approaches, and implement practical, people-centered solutions • Business-savvy with the ability to connect HR strategy to operational outcomes • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities • Confident, self-directed leader with strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills • High integrity with the courage to challenge the status quo and drive meaningful change • Skilled facilitator with experience leading meetings, workshops, and development sessions • Meaningful employee relations experience, including handling sensitive workplace matters with discretion and sound judgment • Hands-on execution mindset — equally comfortable at the strategic and tactical level, with the drive and energy to get things done
Education & Experience Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Professional certification through HRCI (PHR/SPHR) or SHRM (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred.
Experience: • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a Bachelor's degree, or • 3+ years of progressive HR experience with a Master's degree

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
