About this role

Keep our people initiatives moving. Turn complex updates into clear, human messages – so our team stays connected while we scale.

As our HR Project and Communications Coordinator, you own how we organize internal initiatives and share updates across the business. You work side-by-side with HR sub-teams, internal stakeholders and our L&D Specialist; translating ideas into structured projects, keeping tasks on track in Jira, and writing engaging content for our intranet and newsletters. You report to the People Experience Manager, and you're a big part of why our team stays aligned and informed.

What you'll do

- Project coordination and delivery: Partner with stakeholders to plan and run HR initiatives. Maintain project tasks and timelines in Jira to ensure progress stays visible. Proactively track deliverables and follow up with task owners to keep projects on schedule.

- Internal communications and content: Manage the internal communications calendar to ensure timely updates to colleagues. Draft and share company announcements, newsletters and policy updates using an engaging tone. Maintain the intranet and update Confluence to keep documentation organized and accessible.

- Change management and feedback: Help colleagues adopt new HR programs, tools or policies by creating simple user guides and FAQs. Monitor internal channels like Slack and our HR helpdesk to gauge team sentiment. Share these insights to improve future rollouts.

- Learning and development support: Partner with our L&D Specialist to turn training concepts into coordinated program rollouts. Manage the daily upkeep of Docebo, including enrollments and content updates. Handle logistics for sessions like Lepaya, covering invites, rooms and tech setup.

- Evaluation and vendor logistics: Run post-training surveys, gather feedback, and report on findings to measure program impact. Assist with vendor onboarding, invoice processing and contract renewals. Turn new ideas and experiments into scalable practices.

What you bring

- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field

- 2–3 years of experience in HR coordination, project management support, or internal communications

- Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence to manage tasks and build clear documentation

- Direct experience with learning management systems, specifically Docebo and Articulate

- Excellent writing skills with the ability to turn complex HR updates into warm, accessible text

- Proactive mindset, comfortable following up with busy stakeholders to meet deadlines

- Highly organized with sharp attention to detail when managing training logistics

- Adaptable and comfortable navigating ambiguity when project plans shift mid-way

N.B. Don't worry if you don't tick every box. Our mission is a journey, and there's plenty to learn along the way. If most of this fits, we'd love to hear from you.

A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) and a background check are part of our screening process. We appreciate your understanding.
