About this role
About the Role Total Wine & More is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our growing Field HR team and support our Region 5 team. This role will partner with our Regional HR Director and Regional Vice Presidents to assist with employee relations issues, conduct team member investigations, and ensure we comply with employment laws. This role will be responsible for the development and execution of HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and help foster employee engagement, development, and retention. You will report to the Regional Director, Human Resources.
You will • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues. • Guide managers on performance management. • Deliver training programs that enhance and improve operational performance. • Assist the Regional Director of Human Resources with identifying staffing needs and recruiting top talent. • Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local labor laws, and company policies. • This position typically follows standard business hours. However, minimal weekend work and occasional holidays may be required based on operational needs. • Support the promotion of a safe and healthy work environment. • This role requires frequent travel to various store locations in Region 5 markets, approximately 60% of the time.
You will come with • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, or a related field preferred or equivalent years of experience. • 5-8 years' experience in multi-site HR Management or 3+ years as internal Store Manager for 3+ years. • Proficient in HRIS, Workday, Navex, Microsoft and other relevant software tools. • High level of discretion and confidentiality. • PHR or SHRM-CP Preferred. • Applicants must live within reasonable proximity to centralized store locations within Seattle.

Pay Range: $101,520.00 - $171,000.00 Annual
