Protiviti is looking for a Technology Audit & Advisory   Associate Director   to join our growing   team.   

What You Can Expect:   

As a n   Associate Director ,   you’ll   partner with our clients to manage risk associated with their use of technology.   You'll   develop innovative strategies to solve complex business problems and devise solutions that address client needs using leading practices, data-driven insights, and emerging tools and methodologies.     You'll   al so   help develop new business opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our   Technology Audit   practice.   You'll   build lasting relationships with clients and within the business community while serving as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also mentor and develop high-performing teams, provide leadership across engagements, and oversee the successful delivery of project work plans while driving quality, innovation, and exceptional client service.  

At Protiviti, Technology Audit & Advisory focuses on:   

• Helping clients   better manage risks associated with their use of technology, protecting and enhancing enterprise value.   

• Innovation:   identifying   solutions to client problems related to technology, helping them to rethink how technology processes are managed by incorporating AI and automation.   

• Technology enablement:   Incorporating analytics, AI, automation and other new tools and methods in the execution of audit work for our clients, enabling a deeper, broader, more efficient, and more insightful analysis of our clients’ technology risks.  

• Staying current:   We support a broad set of potential certifications and related trainings for our team, equipping our technology audit organization to stay at the forefront of emerging risks and trends.  

  Consultants in Technology Audit & Advisory work with clients to assess,   identify   risk, advise, and consult on different technology-related topics, including:   

• Cybersecurity   

• Cloud Assurance  

• IT   Project Risk Advisory  

• Technology Risk Management and Assessment  

• IT General Controls (ITGC)   

• AI and Data Governance  

• Data Privacy  

• Technology   Risk related to   Regulations   

• Enterprise Applications   

• Technology Resilience   

• IT Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance  

• Emerging Technologies   

• 2 nd   Line Controls   and Compliance  

• Technology Enablement

Do Your Talents   Include the Following?   

Demonstrated   experience with :   

• Leading teams in implementing   IT audit methodologies and developing necessary audit deliverables, including process flows, work programs, audit reports, and control summaries.     

• Commonly used internal control frameworks, including COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS, ITIL,   NIST AI RMF,   etc.   

• Sarbanes-Oxley Act provisions and methodologies for achieving compliance, in particular the technology implications and requirements.

• The latest trends and developments in data and technology, including high-growth topics of cybersecur
