Join us as our Market Access Policy Operations Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping market access strategy and reimbursement success across the US. Based in Andover, MA or Remote , this field based leadership role offers the opportunity to drive policy intelligence, reimbursement operations, coding strategy, and market access communications that directly support business growth and patient access to innovative technologies. You will partner closely with cross functional stakeholders while leading operational excellence across a highly visible and strategic function. What will you be doing? • Lead the operational infrastructure supporting medical policy intelligence, reimbursement strategy execution, coding analysis, and market access communications • Monitor and analyze Medicare, commercial payer, and coverage policy developments to deliver actionable business insights • Drive coverage policy operations and reimbursement initiatives that support favorable patient access pathways • Provide coding and reimbursement analysis to support strategic market access decision making • Develop and deliver clear market access communications, tools, and resources to improve field readiness • Partner with Market Access, HEOR, Government Affairs, Sales, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and Regulatory teams to align priorities and execution • Identify opportunities to streamline policy monitoring processes and improve operational effectiveness • Lead, coach, and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement • Travel up to 40% as required

What will you need to be successful? • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred • 5 to 10+ years of experience in healthcare reimbursement, market access, health economics, policy, or a related healthcare environment • Strong expertise in market access strategy, reimbursement operations, coverage policy analysis, Medicare policy, and commercial payer policy • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively across multiple business functions • Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex policy information into actionable insights • Proven people leadership, team development, and operational management experience • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and evolving healthcare landscape •
