• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, HR Management, or related field preferred
Experience / Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years Human Resources experience, with an emphasis in new hire onboarding; healthcare experience preferred. • Recruitment experience is strongly preferred • Experience with Application Tracking Systems • Able to multitask. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and with structure. • Must be organized. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Position Summary The Onboarding Coordinator will administer pre-employment process, coordinate, and follow up with all new hires including background screening, employee health physicals, drug testing and any other position requirements. Onboarding Coordinator will ensure all pre-employment requirements are met upon start date. • Ensure completion of new hire paperwork, background screen, I-9’s, references, and education checks. • Ensure all new hire team member files are accurate and compliant to meet regulatory requirements. • Ensure all new hire contractor files are accurate and compliant to meet regulatory requirements. • Enter all new hire information into employee database. • Onboard all new hires • Add all new hires who have gone through onboarding process to the New Hire Orientation Spreadsheet • Maintain New Hire Orientation Spreadsheet and distribute to leadership prior to each orientation. • Generate reports from database. • Attend meetings as requested to review employee files in preparation for regulatory reviews with agencies (JCAHO, AHCA, etc.,) • Schedule new hires for new hire Occupational Health appointments • Enter contractors into appropriate database. • Oversee JMC team member/Contractor parking initiative and decal compliance. • Assist team members with Workday and Health Stream access. • Performs other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements Requires sitting for long periods of time, also stooping, bending, standing, and stretching. Must have manual dexterity for typing and computer data entry. Able to work under a stressful environment, work independently, capable of making sound decisions, be detail oriented, alert, and self-motivated. Ability to push/pull up to 40lbs., carry and lift up to 20lbs.
