About the Role

The Head of Investor Relations will lead the development and execution of the company’s investor relations strategy and serve as a primary interface with institutional investors, research analysts, and the broader capital markets community.

Working closely with the CEO, CFO and CBO, this individual will shape the company’s equity narrative, oversee all investor communications, and ensure the market has a clear understanding of the company’s strategy, performance, and long-term growth opportunity. The role requires strong financial expertise, capital markets credibility, and exceptional communication skills.

About the Work

Investor Relations Leadership

• Develop and lead the company’s overall investor relations strategy

• Shape and communicate the company’s equity story, financial framework, and long-term growth narrative

• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts

• Advise senior leadership on investor sentiment, market dynamics, and valuation positioning

Financial Communications

• Lead preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including press releases, investor presentations, scripts, and Q&A

• Manage quarterly investor calls and investor communications calendar

• Ensure consistency and accuracy across all external financial communications

• Oversee preparation of investor presentations, conference materials, and roadshow content

Investor Engagement & Market Visibility

• Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and non-deal roadshows

• Manage outreach to current and prospective investors

• Monitor shareholder base and support long-term shareholder targeting strategy

• Represent the company in investor-facing meetings when appropriate

Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights

• Track analyst models, estimates, and market expectations

• Monitor peer performance, valuation benchmarks, and industry trends

• Provide leadership with actionable insights regarding investor feedback and market perception

• Analyze trading activity and shareholder composition

Public Company Experience and Readiness

• Support development investor materials and investor messaging

• Partner with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership on disclosure alignment

• Establish investor communications best practices for a public company environment

• Help develop the company’s long-term investor engagement strategy

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with FP&A and Accounting to align financial messaging with internal reporting

• Coordinate with Marketing and Legal to ensure consistent public messaging

• Support Board reporting related to investor sentiment, market positioning, and shareholder dynamics

• To report to the CFO, but work closely across the senior leadership team, including the CEO, CBO and CLO

About You

• 10–15+ years of experience in investor relations and/or equity research

• Experience in a public company or late-stage/high growth pre-IPO environment preferred

• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and capital markets dynamics

• Experience communicating with institutional investors and research analysts

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA and/or CFA preferred

• Highly credible with institutional investors and analysts

• Strong executive presence and communication skills

• Analytical and detail-oriented

• Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Location

• This is a fully remote role with the option to work hybrid if a commutable distance from our Salem, OR, Pittsburgh, PA, or Fremont, CA offices.

The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This range may change based on geographical location and may be modified in the future. Anticipated Base Salary Range $191,000 — $297,000 USD
