About this role
Earlier this year, Unilever announced an agreement to separate our Foods business. Our Foods business, including brands such as Hellmann's and Knorr, will join forces with McCormick to become a global flavor leader, with leading positions across spices, seasonings, condiments and complementary food categories, supported by a strong retail and foodservice platform. McCormick has 135+ years of heritage, a presence in 150+ countries and territories, and a portfolio of trusted brands. The transaction remains subject to consultation, regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions with a targeted deal close of mid-2027.
North America, particularly the United States, is a critical market for the Foods Business Group. Both our Condiments and Cooking Aids & Mini Meals verticals are the largest in the Foods business, together doing 2b EUR in annual turnover. It is home to Hellmann's, Knorr and Unilever Food Solutions. These ‘power’ brands are brought to life every day for consumers either digitally, in store or in restaurant. In addition to an E2E go-to-market Supply Chain team, we also operate three factories in North America.
