In this role, you will: • Provide vision and set direction for all of technology development and infrastructure or service component for a defined business unit • Manage and allocate appropriate people and financial resources to ensure that projects are completed within committed time and budget, and align with strategic objectives • Develop and monitor long range information technology plans and policies consistent with the strategic objectives and plans of the business unit • Identify capacity planning, efficiency, availability, business enablement and time to market • Provide comprehensive consultation to more experienced management regarding business requirements • Recommend innovations which anticipate the future directions of both business and information technology • Provide technology solutions for the large business unit, including application portfolio standardization and rationalization • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers • Lead team to achieve objectives • Interface with external agencies, regulatory bodies or industry forums • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Technology Strategic Leadership • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications: • 10+ years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education • 6+ years of Management experience

Pay Range   Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $290,000.00 - $500,000.00 Benefits
