About this role
Who we are looking for
“Head of Commercial Office Technology Product Management (Investment Services)” is a role that reports to Head of IS Commercial Office Technology. This role is responsible for product and platform management of all the products/platform management that supports Commercial Office of Investment Services.
What you will be responsible for As Head of Commercial Office Technology Product Management for Investment Services, you will lead the technology product strategy and portfolio supporting our Sales, Client Management and Servicing organizations. You will partner with senior business and technology leaders to translate commercial strategy, client needs and servicing priorities into scalable technology capabilities that drive growth, improve client experience and increase organizational effectiveness.
1. Technology Product Strategy & Vision • Define and own the multi-year technology product vision and strategy for the Investment Services Commercial Office. • Translate Sales, Client Management and Servicing strategies into an integrated technology product roadmap. • Identify opportunities to leverage digital capabilities, data, AI and automation to improve client engagement and commercial outcomes. • Establish clear product principles, target-state capabilities and measurable outcomes aligned with Investment Services priorities.
2. Product Portfolio & Investment Management • Own the technology product portfolio and establish priorities across strategic transformation, client needs, platform modernization, regulatory commitments and technical health. • Drive disciplined investment decisions based on business value, client impact, strategic alignment, risk and technology complexity. • Partner with business, engineering and architecture leadership to establish sequencing, funding and execution priorities. • Challenge bespoke solutions and promote reusable, scalable capabilities that can serve clients and businesses globally.
3. Commercial Office & Client Technology • Drive technology capabilities supporting the end-to-end commercial lifecycle, including prospecting, sales, relationship management, client engagement and servicing. • Partner with Commercial Office leadership to identify opportunities to increase sales effectiveness, improve client intelligence and simplify servicing. • Champion integrated client experiences across channels, products and servicing functions. • Ensure technology investments translate into measurable improvements in client experience, productivity, adoption and business outcomes.
4. Product Management Leadership • Establish and mature product management practices across the Commercial Office technology organization. • Lead Product Managers in defining product strategies, roadmaps, outcomes, OKRs/KPIs and prioritization frameworks. • Build a strong product culture focused on client outcomes rather than requirements gathering and project delivery. • Develop senior product talent and establish clear accountability for product performance throughout the lifecycle.
5. Business, Technology & Executive Partnership • Serve as a strategic technology partner to senior leaders across Sales, Client Management, Servicing and Investment Services. • Build strong partnerships across Engineering, Architecture, UX, Data, AI, Operations, Risk and other enterprise technology organizations. • Translate complex business opportunities into coherent technology strategies while effectively communicating technology opportunities and constraints to business executives. • Influence priorities and resolve competing demands across multiple businesses, stakeholders and technology organizations.
6. Architecture, Platforms & Technology Strategy • Partner with Architecture and Engineering leadership to ensure product roadmaps align with target-state architecture and enterprise technology strategy. • Drive adoption of reusable platforms, APIs, common data capabilities and standardized integration patterns. • Influence build-versus-buy decisions and strategic technology/vendor selections based on product and business outcomes. • Balance speed-to-market with scalability, resilience, security, maintainability and long-term platform sustainability.
7. Data, AI & Digital Innovation • Identify and prioritize opportunities to use data, analytics, generative AI and agentic capabilities across Sales and Servicing. • Advance capabilities such as client intelligence, relationship insights, next-best-action, workflow automation and intelligent servicing. • Partner with Data, AI, Risk and Technology teams to ensure solutions are scalable, governed and appropriately controlled. • Create an environment of experimentation while maintaining disciplined pathways from proof-of-concept to production-scale products.
8. Client & User Experience • Champion user-centered product development across Commercial Office technology. • Partner with UX teams and frontline users to simplify workflows and create intuitive, integrated experiences. • Use client feedback, user research, adoption metrics and operational insights to continuously improve products. • Drive consistency across the Commercial Office technology ecosystem and reduce fragmented user experiences.
9. Product Outcomes & Accountability • Establish measurable KPIs and OKRs covering adoption, client experience, productivity, revenue enablement, service quality and technology effectiveness. • Hold product teams accountable for outcomes beyond technology delivery and release milestones. • Regularly assess product performance and redirect investment where expected outcomes are not being achieved. • Provide transparent portfolio reporting to senior business and technology leadership.
10. Organizational & Executive Leadership • Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing global technology product organization. • Establish an operating model that creates clear accountability across Product, Engineering, Architecture, UX and business partners
