Build Mixtiles' Next Growth Engine

It’s one of the few moments in life when people rethink almost everything in their homes.

The walls. The furniture. The plants. The lighting. The things that make a place finally feel like home.

We've noticed something interesting.

A meaningful share of Mixtiles customers discover us during that exact moment.

We don't think that's a coincidence.

Today, Mixtiles group builds products that help people create homes they love - from Mixtiles to easyplant , to Oasis . Together, we've reached 1 in every 20 US households.

We believe moving could become one of the biggest growth opportunities across everything we build.

The question is:

How do we build a company around that moment?

What you’ll do

Your job isn’t to execute someone else's plan. It’s to help create it.

That might mean:

• Building partnerships

• Inventing new go-to-market channels

• Creating new customer experience

• Launching new products

• Developing a new business model

Or something none of us has thought about yet.

You'll work directly with our CEO and leadership team to explore, validate, and build this opportunity from scratch.
