Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Graphics Designer for Joint Reconstruction located in Warsaw, IN, West Chester, PA, Raynham, MA, or Palm Beach Gardens, FL.  This role will report into the Joint Reconstruction Marketing Services Team.

The Graphics Designer role supports the development and execution of high-quality visual assets across marketing initiatives for joint reconstruction. This role partners cross-functionally with marketing, digital, brand, communications and external agency teams to ensure brand-consistent, compelling, and compliant design deliverables that support campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities Design Execution & Asset Development • Create and produce visual assets including presentations, digital graphics, social media content, email layouts, sales collateral, and event materials • Applies in depth knowledge of design principles to define the scope of Graphic Design projects. • Estimates complex components and processes of design projects to meet key deadlines as the project progresses. • Identifies opportunities to resolve design problems by conducting investigations and performing necessary analyses. • Translate marketing strategies and messaging into clear, engaging visual designs • Ensure all outputs align with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations

Project Coordination & Delivery • Coordinates design requests, timelines, and deliverables to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives • Tracks project status and manages multiple priorities to ensure timely delivery of assets • Interfaces with internal stakeholders and external agencies to facilitate efficient production and revisions

Brand Governance & Consistency • Maintain brand guidelines and templates to ensure consistency across all materials • Conduct quality checks on assets for accuracy, formatting, and compliance • Support continuous improvement of design standards and processes

Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with marketing, communications, and digital teams to support integrated campaigns • Work closely with clinical and regulatory stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and compliance in a regulated environment • Support industry meetings, events, and product launches with design assets

Operations & Process Improvement • Maintain organized digital asset libraries and version control • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency in asset production • Track project metrics (volume, turnaround time, revisions) to inform operational improvements

Qualifications Required • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in graphic design or creative coordination role • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred • Experience in healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries • Proficient with digital marketing channels (web, social, email) • Video editing capability • Experience working with brand governance and approval processes

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone Orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.
