Job Description Summary: The Government Property Supervisor serves as an integral member of the Supply Chain Leadership team. Supply Chain strives to provide both its internal and external customers with solution-oriented leadership and guidance and is focused on achieving the strategic objectives of the organization while balancing risk and regulatory compliance. The Supervisor is responsible for a wide range of Government property matters and the supervision of property management professionals. Because of the need for in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform work onsite due to the nature of the Supervisor position, this is a hybrid role with work being performed on site as needed. Duties/Responsibilities • Serves as liaison with internal and external customers.
• Supervisory responsibilities for a team of Property Management Professionals.
• Assist in maintaining and ensuring compliance with company policy and procedures and government regulation.
• Provide support for Government reviews of the Property Management System.
• Monitor Government-Furnished Property (GFP) and Item Unique Identification (IUID) data integrity.
• Maintain auditable records of Customer/Government-Owned Property. Ensure records include proper accountability, an audit trail of acquisition, receipt, identification, records, physical inventory, utilization, reports, subcontractor control, maintenance, disposition and contract property closeout.
• This position is responsible for the oversight of a number of Contractor Outcomes of the Property Management System, including the subcontractor oversight, Contractor Self-Assessment (CAS), and the oversight and monitoring of PIEE activity to include tracking transactions.
• Assists with physical inventory of property.
• Write a moderate amount of correspondence to internal and external customers, suppliers, and government personnel.
• Participate in work groups and other duties as assigned.
Skills/Abilities • Demonstrate a working knowledge of FAR 52.245-1, FAR Part 45, DFARS 252.245-7003, 7005, and other applicable regulations.
• Experience with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and other internal/external audits.
• Knowledge of UID Registry and DCMA Etools.
• Proficiency with specialized asset management systems and tools and data reporting tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze, discuss and present results/reports to all levels of the organization.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Some travel is required.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
Education • Bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant field of study required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• National Property Management Association (NPMA) certification level Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS).
Experience • 5 years of government property (equipment and material) management experience
• 1 years of supervisory experience in government property management.
Additional Job Description: Applicants selected for this position will be required to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.
Active Top Secret Clearance is required.

Job Location - City: Cambridge Job Location - State: Massachusetts Job Location - Postal Code: 02139-3563 The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000.00 - $275,000.00 Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement's approved rates by location and role.
