Reports to: GMP Maintenance & Facility Supervisor

Position Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to improve workforce productivity and work quality by anticipation and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts, materials, equipment access, and outside vendors.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between maintenance, manufacturing, technical services, QA/QC and other departments.

• Manage the eWorks work order system, by inputting data for new and existing equipment. This includes Calibration and Preventative Maintenance (PM) tasks.

• Evaluate and develop appropriate Calibration and PM schedules.

• Monitor daily work orders to prioritize and schedule repairs.

• Coordinate equipment calibration by contacting and coordinating with outside vendors.

• Contact and schedule contractors and vendors to make building and equipment repairs.

• Schedule monthly, semi-annual and annual PMs with vendors and facility departments.

• All other duties may be assigned.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Certificate in Electrical, Electronic or HVAC.

• 3 years of experience in GMP maintenance, HVAC, or Electrical

• Effective communicator, good decision making and judgement.

• Travel up to 0% of time.

Short- and Long-term Disability

Our company-paid short-term and long-term disability plans to provide income replacement in the event you are not able to work due to illness or injury. Short-term disability will provide 70% income replacement up to $1,350 per week and long-term disability will provide 60% income replacement up to $5,000 per month.

EAP Services are company paid to benefit all employee-owners and their families. EAP provides up to six free counseling sessions to help you and your family members manage life stressors, solve personal or relationship concerns, and achieve your goals.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Flexible Spending Plans offer employee-owners the option to set aside pre-tax monies into a medical reimbursement or dependent care account to help pay for out-of-pocket medical, dental or vision expenses or day care costs. The maximum contributions are determined by the IRS and adjusted annually. This is a use-it-or-lose-it account, meaning any funds remaining in the account following the close of the plan year will be forfeited.
