Global Site Identification & Feasibility Specialist Sponsor-Dedicated | Remote (East Coast Preferred)
Drive Smarter Clinical Trial Decisions from Anywhere
Are you passionate about clinical research, data analysis, and helping bring new therapies to patients faster? We are seeking a Global Site Identification & Feasibility Specialist to join our sponsor-dedicated team and play a critical role in the successful planning and execution of global clinical trials.
In this fully remote position, you'll work closely with Development Operations teams, study start-up teams, CRO partners, and other key stakeholders to identify high-performing clinical sites, support feasibility assessments, and provide data-driven insights that influence study strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to rare disease and other innovative clinical development programs while working alongside a dedicated sponsor team.
What You'll Do
Site Identification & Feasibility • Conduct research and analyze clinical data to identify and evaluate sites that best align with study requirements and enrollment goals.
• Support feasibility activities, including: • Clinical system setup
• Feasibility questionnaire development and deployment
• Site outreach and engagement
• Track and manage feasibility responses, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to study teams and key stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot feasibility-related issues and provide solutions for both internally managed and outsourced studies.
Clinical Systems & Operational Support • Partner with study teams to ensure accurate and complete data within Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).
• Support end users by evaluating system issues and enhancement requests and recommending solutions.
• Generate metrics, reports, and analyses that support site selection and study planning decisions.
Strategic Collaboration • Collaborate with internal teams, CROs, and external stakeholders to support global site identification and enrollment planning activities.
• Assist with enrollment forecasting and recruitment scenario planning under the guidance of senior feasibility leaders.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to site feasibility, patient recruitment, and trial optimization.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience with clinical trial operations and development processes, or 2+ years of experience in site feasibility, recruitment, or enrollment planning.
• Strong understanding of clinical research and drug development.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, CROs, and external partners.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet challenging timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrated project coordination or administrative experience within a sponsor, CRO, or academic research environment.
Preferred Qualifications • Experience with trial optimization vendors, feasibility platforms, and recruitment technologies.
• Experience supporting studies in rare disease therapeutic areas.
• Familiarity with enrollment forecasting and feasibility analytics.
• Experience working with Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).
