DESCRIPTION  

Join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, the world leader in serving science, as our Global Market Development Manager for Reproductive Health. In this key strategic role, you'll develop marketing strategies and programs to support growth and innovation across our reproductive health portfolio, with a focus on preimplantation genetic testing and expanded carrier screening using next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology. This is a high - impact and high - visibility role that combines long-term strategic vision with short-term execution of the tactical plan to drive meaningful revenue growth .   

As the reproductive health subject matter expert on the global marketing team , you will w ork in a collaborative environment develop ing and execut ing multi-channel marketing campaigns and develop ing sales enablement too ls to empower our commercial teams to confidently position our reproductive health solutions . You'll work closely with product management, sales teams, regional marketing , and other stakeholders to create compelling content, generate demand, and establish thought leadership in reproductive health markets.  

REQUIREMENTS  

• Advanced d egree plus 6 years of marketing experience, or bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of marketing experience in life sciences or related industry , with a strong preference for previous reproductive health marketing or technical experience  

• Strong expertise developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns , with demonstrated ROI  

• Experienced using AI tools to improve efficiency and outputs, while ensuring deliverables maintain a strong customer-centric voice that appeals to end users  

• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple concurrent projects and dynamic priorities , while meeting tight timelines and staying on budget  

• Experience developing sales enablement tools and customer-facing materials  

• Experience with modern digital marketing, including SEO , SEM, social media, display advertising, and web content optimization.  

• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities to measure campaign effectiveness and drive data-based decisions  

• Skilled presenter, both internally and externally, with d emonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across large international matrix organizations  

• Ability to effectively collaborate with industry key opinion leader customer s to drive advocacy and shape market perception  

Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $103,100.00–$130,000.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
